Nandita Lakshmanan is Founder & CEO of The PRactice - a company she started in 2000. A first generation entrepreneur, she has grown The PRactice from a one office, three person team, to a leading technology PR firm with three offices and a team of over forty executives. 

The PRactice has achieved several milestones, significant among which include the firm's winning alliance with Porter Novelli, CMS certification, and international accolades from PR Week, and “Excellence Award for New Consultancy of the Year 2002”. The company today enjoys an enviable client list which includes leading technology brands.   

Nandita is the President of PRCAI (Public Relations Consultancies Association of India). She has also been inducted into the Regional Advisory Group for Asia Pacific, Porter Novelli to strengthen the Firm’s presence in the Region. She has also contributed articles for leading communication magazines and has written a chapter on PR in India for the International Public Relations Handbook. Nandita is a Member of the Governing Board for Dream A Dream, an NGO based in Bangalore.
