According to Forbes Magazine, the New York Knicks are the most valuable basketball franchise in the United States, valued at approximately $608 million. The New York Knicks are a professional basketball team based in New York City and play in NBA. As the logo is the emblem of every association, the current logo of New York Knicks is also of due significance. Being in use since 1995, it is a modernized version of the "roundball" logo that Knicks have used since 1964. The current logo displaying "NEW YORK KNICKS" has "KNICKS" in frontage and larger than the rest. It is above a basketball on top of an upturned isosceles triangle. The Knicks also use a circular emblem, with the letters NYK, suggestive of a subway token. From the late 1960s to 1990, the Knicks also used an orange interlocking NY logo. The Knicks appreciators not only applaud the game and their performance but the New York Knicks logo on their apparels is indicative of the love for their team.
